View from the Window

We moved to a diff floor at work the previous week.
And i am delighted!!!

I am now in a cubicle which is colorful and bright..and which gives me a pleasant and much needed view of the outside world..
through a window!!

Here I am comfortably settled in my new cube....
Took a moment to watch the world outside...and what did i find???
the clear blue sky with dashes of white clouds thrown in..
the lush green trees swaying to a gentle breeze..
the birds hoping along the branches of these trees, flying across the sky...
God's canvas is truly so colorful and diverse...

For now, I ignored the concrete monsters raising their ugly heads all around, the chaotic roads and the vehicles honking away to glory!!!
The necessary evils of urban development i suppose...

The window now furnishes as the only link i have to spare a moment and appreciate the hues and diversities of the world as opposed to the monotonous existence amidst the four walls through the better part of a weekday...

With great effort, I pull hard on the reins of my wandering mind...
And so, its back to work again!!!

Well, I would say its a good start. But just couple of points on my side.
Dont intend to hurt u but am jus being hnest and frank :-)
You should get rid of "....." in ur write-ups and try to write a complete line - i had the same problem initially but kinda got rid of it.
And yes, guess ur friends are going overboard on their comments on u. Am not saying that its bad, but just that it shudnt get into ur head. I still feel that you have to work on a bit more in framing ur sentences.
Am not a gr8 writer - You can read cuple of my stories at sundarvelu.blogspot.com
and pls do post ur comments :-)
